BitMAM Capital is an umbrella fund, namely BitMAM Capital Trading
Markets Umbrella AIF VCIC Ltd currently with one dedicated sub-fund (with segregated liability between
its sub-funds), the BitMAM Capital Markets Global FX Fund, authorised as an Alternative Investment
Fund (AIF), pursuant to Cypriot law 131(I)/2014 concerning Alternative Investment Funds (AIF Law). The
Fund is authorised as an open-ended AIF, in the form of variable capital investment company, for professional
and well-informed investors, within the Meaning Of The AIF Law. As an entity regulated by the Cyprus Securities
and Exchange Commission (CySEC), investors can be assured that BitMAM Capital adheres to the highest standards
of regulatory compliance and oversight.
BitMAM™ is a tradename of BitMAM Capital Ltd with registration number HE 274180 , which is registered as a Cyprus
Investment Firm (CIF) and licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under
licence number 132/14, VAT 10274180P in accordance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II).

place high probability of winning trades with stop loss. The trading strategy is FIFO complaint, no martingale, no grid, no averaging,
no pyramiding, no arbitrage, no high frequency trading and no hedging. It is a trading strategy that is discretionary, adapts to any
market changing conditions and has low capacity constraint (Ability to be applied in large volume accounts).
We cut our losses and ride the trends, lay emphasis on capital preservation, open only one trade per currency pair and use an integrated
approach to currency analysis which combines intraday fundamental, technical and valuation analysis to provide the clearest picture of
what is going on in the market. This integrated approach is the most powerful, consistent and profitable form of currency analysis that
enables us to place high probability of winning trades.
